Administrative Support Role

This position is ideal for students seeking professional experience in a business office environment. The selected candidate will gain practical office knowledge and references for future employment beyond Villanova University.

Responsibilities include office work of any kind, including front desk reception, accurate filing, data entry, scanning, and other tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written skills, attention to detail, and the ability to problem-solve and retain knowledge of basic HR processes.

The Human Resources office is located in the Villanova Center, and the selected candidate must be comfortable walking or driving to this location. Occasional shuttle service is available through Public Safety, if needed.

Physical Demands Summary: Light lifting of file boxes is required.

Compensation: $10.50/hour
