The Opportunity

We are looking for a talented engineer with a strong background in civil engineering and experience in a consultancy environment. You will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of site infrastructures, managing internal and external design interfaces, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and delivery of site infrastructures on technically demanding projects
  • Manage internal and external design interfaces, including architectural, structural, geotechnical, landscape, mechanical, and electrical disciplines
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality results
  • Develop and implement digital delivery strategies on projects, including BIM and clash detection
  • Manage and direct teams in a digital/BIM environment, coordinating civil services with other disciplines
Requirements
  • Degree in Civil Engineering and experience in a consultancy environment
  • Chartered professional status or in the process of gaining the qualification
  • Strong civil engineering technical design skills in surface water, foul water, energy, roads, and carparks, earthworks, electrical, and fibre utilities
  • Experience with Civil 3D/Revit and other BIM software, including Navisworks and clash detection
  • Knowledge of Hydraulic Modelling software and excellent written, verbal, presentation, and organisational skills
