Job Description:

As a Logistics and Customer Service Manager at Adecco Italia S.P.A., you will be responsible for overseeing the order flow, from inputting orders into the management system to ensuring timely shipping. Additionally, you will handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prioritize tasks by coordinating with the warehouse for order management and flow planning.
2. Handle communication with national authorities to request necessary certificates and documentation.
3. Issue shipping documentation, sales invoices, and credit notes as required.
4. Manage transport providers efficiently and handle customer complaints.

Requirements:
1. Knowledge of export regulations and customs documentation.
2. Familiarity with national authorities for certifications and authorizations.
3. Proficiency in English (C1 level) and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
4. Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
