About the Role

HSPI SpA, a leading management consulting company, is seeking a highly skilled Junior Cyber Security Consultant to join its team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for safeguarding the security of organizational systems and data, preventing them from being affected by viruses, malware, and hackers.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Security Framework Development: Support the review of how requirements for information security software development services are defined from a risk-based perspective.
  2. Threat Identification: Support the definition of the framework of controls for the preventive identification of threats, consistent with the requirements of the Security Framework.
  3. Risk Analysis: Support the definition and implementation of the risk analysis methodology for the definition of security requirements prior to the software development phases, in compliance with the guidelines already defined by the client for risk analysis and management.
  4. Cost-Benefit Analysis: Support the revision/definition of cost/benefit analysis processes.
  5. Cybersecurity Design Requirements: Support the review of how Cybersecurity design requirements for software development are identified, by design associated with the software being developed.
  6. Security Requirements Evaluation: Support the definition of standard activities for the evaluation of security requirements checks and the safe maintenance of software, in accordance with existing security policies and procedures.
  7. Application Relevance: Support in defining how application relevance is determined, consistent with the client's existing privacy information security management policies.
  8. Continuity Objectives: Support the review/definition of continuity objectives.
Requirements
  1. Information Security Knowledge: Knowledge of the main information security frameworks (ISO 27001 / 27002, NIST Cybersecurity Framework / National Framework for Cyber Security and Data Protection, CIS-CSC/SANS 20, CCM-CSA,...).
  2. Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of key information security regulations (GDPR, NIS Directive, National Cybersecurity Perimeter, AGID Minimum Measures,...).
  3. Experience: Prior experience in the role of at least 1 year.
  4. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines.
  5. Language Skills: Good knowledge of English and perfect knowledge of both spoken and written Italian.
  6. Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, proactivity, flexibility, listening, adaptability, and a strong orientation towards teamwork and achieving results.
