Job Summary
We are seeking an accomplished Reliability Development Engineer to join our esteemed Reliability Engineering Team based in Modena and Lund.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing reliability targets for components and sub-systems, defining reliability growth strategies, and ensuring the application of reliability principles and methodologies in development programs.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Collecting and defining verification requirements for components and sub-systems
  • Identifying and creating testing methods
  • Elaborating testing documentation and executing testing activities
  • Driving collaboration with external parties for RIG design, build, and run
  • Collecting, structuring, and analyzing data results
  • Reporting results and achievements to relevant stakeholders

Requirements
We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Materials, or Mechatronics field. Experience in mechanical or material engineering is essential, as well as a quality-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving capabilities. Proficiency in Failure analysis and Statistical tools is also required.
