About the Role:
The Risk Management PMO will play a critical role in supporting the consulting team at Capco Italy. As part of this team, you will be responsible for measuring, monitoring, and reporting non-financial risks across various banking activities and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess non-financial risks, working closely with the business to ensure effective monitoring and challenge of the first line of defense.
- Support the preparation of the Non-Financial Risk Committee and Non-Financial Risk Dashboard, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
- Manage remediation processes, adhering to guidelines and standards, and leveraging necessary tools and technology to address management governance oversight and control.
- Collaborate with the ERM framework to ensure effective second-line monitoring, including SOx, KCT, KRI, and other relevant regulations.
- Develop and maintain incident management processes, ensuring seamless event reporting and supervision.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in economics or engineering.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role in consulting societies.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of Dora, Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA).
