About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at MSX International Inc. in Rome. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing relationships and the entire vehicles ordering, invoicing, and registration process for Long Term Rental companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze various internal and external composite data and documents related to the activity, supporting the National Sales Company in identifying and prioritizing improvements and growth opportunities at the National level.
  • Propose implementations of new tools of analysis to enhance data insights and strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct strategic analysis on internal requests from the Fleet department, providing actionable recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Communicate and share data with Management and field staff, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment.
  • Utilize National Sales Company operating systems for managing the various phases of the fleet process, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Analyze data to identify key opportunities for fleet sales growth at the National level, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collect and provide market analysis to assist in the formulation of current and future fleet sales marketing strategy.
  • Prepare analysis and reports on the activities carried out, highlighting improvements and areas for growth.
  • Manage email requests from Long Term Rental companies, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or similar.
  • 1 year of experience in the automotive sector.
  • 6 months of previous experience in similar positions.
  • Advanced user of Office and Excel tools, including pivot tables.
  • Adaptability and flexibility.
  • Good planning and organizing skills.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Ability to take initiative.
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Languages: Italian and preferably English, spoken and written.
  • Experience in using BI tools and data mining is considered a plus.
