Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Growth Specialist to drive our future growth engine by building relationships with large prospective clients and converting them into satisfied customers.
  • The ideal candidate will be a skilled salesperson capable of engaging in business-level and technical conversations at multiple levels of the organization.
  • You will own a named account list, develop account plans, and lead complex sales cycles from start to finish.
  • As an Enterprise Growth Specialist, you will work closely with executive stakeholders, product leaders, and engineers to deliver tailored solutions and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic relationships with upper middle market and enterprise companies.
  • Craft customized account plans to win and expand business opportunities.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to close, for complex deals.
  • Foster collaboration between cross-functional teams to drive product strategy and implementation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10 years of sales experience, preferably in a technical product space.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian.
  • Ability to understand complex technical requirements and craft innovative solutions.
  • Proven track record of top performance, delivering results in fast-paced environments.
