Key Responsibilities

Championing Quality and Customer Satisfaction:

• Actively contribute to the achievement of quality objectives by championing customer complaints and ensuring timely resolution.

Providing Clear Solutions:

• Research and provide clear descriptions of customer problems, identifying root causes and proposing effective corrective actions.

Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams:

• Work closely with sales, applications, technicians, and manufacturing departments in Europe to ensure seamless customer support and quality responses.

Analyzing Complaint Trends:

• Analyze complaints trends within the area of responsibility and proactively visit customers to identify and propose improvement actions.

Requirements:

• Master of Science or Technology or equivalent practical experience in the food or packaging industry.

• Strong customer orientation, communication skills, and team spirit.

• Good technical understanding, analytical skills, and ability to make complex facts understandable to others.

• Autonomous, precise, tenacious, persistent, and resilient.

• Regular trips to customers and European manufacturing sites (30% of the time on average).
