Job Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and enterprising candidate to join our Operations HQ in Agordo, Italy. As a Boutique Process Owner, you will support our fast-paced Central Functions in the Product area.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients with all Operations activities related to orders, ensuring the best service level for BTQs.
- Integrate BTQ process with new License or Partnership as a key figure.
- Support BTQ Managers and team with Logistic issues, projects, and network creation.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team in Milan and Product/Planning on regular processes and projects implementation.
Requirements
- You are a problem-solver who takes responsibility seriously.
- You are a team player with strong problem-solving skills.
- You have good people management skills and strong client-facing and communication skills.
- You are an excellent performer with a proven excellence in academic and professional life.
- You have a great knowledge of Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- You have at least 0-1 years of experience.
About the Role
