Power Electronics Engineer for Advanced IC Design

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analog Design Engineer to join our team in Northern Italy, where you will be involved in the development of complex analog and mixed-signal power management ICs.
This is a key role in our organization, requiring expertise in circuit design, verification, and testability. You will work closely with an experienced team to define, design, and bring to production innovative ICs that will play a crucial part in modern power systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and specification of analog and mixed-signal sub-systems
- Verification of designs at block, IC, and system levels
- Implementation of Design-For-Testability (DFT)
- Maintenance of engineering documents according to quality processes
- Tracking and implementation of design improvements
- Support for test-engineering, product engineering, and operations, including participation in ATE data reviews, limit reviews, and device yield analysis
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or higher qualification
- 5+ years of experience in circuit design for Power Management ICs and Switching Regulator ICs
- Expertise in modeling (system-verilog, verilogams) and generating specifications and validation criteria for DC-DC converter systems and sub-systems
- Understanding of ESD and Latchup robust design planning
- Experience with CMOS/BiCMOS/BCD Process Technologies and vertical technologies for discrete MOSFETs
- Hands-on experience with IC testing and characterization, as well as reviewing test results and supporting System Application Engineering, Test Engineering, and Product Engineering
- Self-motivated individual contributor with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a wide-ranging environment with flexibility
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
