Job Title: Beautician and Massage Therapist

At Château De Mercuès, we are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Beautician and Massage Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their comfort and relaxation throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and execute our natural cosmetic products and advise guests on their use.
  • Collaborate with our modern alchemist and healing expert herbalist to create our homemade natural products.
  • Provide personalized massage and beauty treatments to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Anticipate and respond to guest requests, providing proactive and attentive service.
  • Assist and advise guests on our spa services and products, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Requirements:
  • Adequate professional training with a double qualification as a beautician and masseuse.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an equivalent position.
  • Excellent knowledge of German and English, with a preference for Italian.
  • Ability to enthuse guests with an authentic and natural approach.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
