Your Role

We're seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated customer service representative with administrative experience to join our team as an Environmental Service Coordinator - Customer Experience Specialist. This role will provide an excellent opportunity for career growth and development in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Schedule field jobs with technicians, clients, and homeowners while ensuring seamless communication and coordination
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain client relations through regular follow-ups and proactive issue resolution
  • Prepare and gain work authorizations while assisting with billing information for clients and insurance companies
  • Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries while identifying common customer issues and bringing them to the attention of the team
  • Ensure each customer's complaint is addressed with care and precision to achieve full customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience required with dispatching or scheduling experience a plus
  • Detailed oriented and able to work at a fast pace
  • Must live within daily driving distance of the office
  • Previous work in a customer-facing position is essential
  • Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D., or equivalent
  • Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills

Compensation:

$50,000 - $55,000 per year based on experience
