Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Administrative Support Professional (f/m/d) to contribute to the global Gore Medical Legal, Compliance, and Data Privacy Team (LCDP). This role demands advanced administrative capabilities, exceptional customer service, solution-focused thinking, and the ability to design and implement process enhancements while collaborating across various disciplines and teams.

This position allows for flexible work arrangements, including remote work options, depending on the responsibilities of the role and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Gore Medical Global Legal, Compliance, and Data Privacy Team. Anticipate and proactively manage administrative tasks: oversee calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, schedule and manage meeting spaces and equipment, generate, proofread, and disseminate correspondence, communications, and reports, ensure confidentiality of data and intellectual property, maintain databases, prepare and refine presentations, track and file expenses, and organize both electronic and physical files. Ensure timely execution and completion of tasks, projects, communications, and correspondence while utilizing current technology and systems to support your team(s). Organize meetings and special events, both in-person and virtual. Assess and respond to the needs of team(s) and projects with proactive and innovative solutions. Adapt to changing business needs and demonstrate flexibility in direction. Implement, coordinate, and engage in process improvement initiatives. Collaborate with diverse teams and convey complex information effectively. Build a robust network and partnerships; leverage relationships with colleagues and clients to advance business processes. Represent Gore professionally and work effectively as part of a team.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal environment, supporting multiple individuals and teams with a strong background in general business operations and handling confidential information. Proven customer service skills and professionalism: ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion, adaptability, and independent judgment. Strong communication skills: ability to convey information effectively. Strategic and proactive administrative support: demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and collaborate to meet business needs with meticulous attention to detail and organization. Experience in project management and coordination: ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results. Proficiency in English and German. Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: ability to provide engaged and self-aware support to global associates. Willingness to travel up to 5% of work time for local meetings or events.

Desired Qualifications:

Familiarity with additional applications/platforms such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Forms, Lists, Power BI, Planner, PeopleSoft, Mural, Canva, etc.
