Join Our Team as a Junior Mechanical Engineer

Nier Ingegneria is expanding its technical team in the System Engineering department, seeking a skilled Junior Mechanical Engineer to support our projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support in project management, including work package management, monitoring, and controlling.
  • Assist in requirement management, verification, and interface management, particularly for safety-related components.
  • Review plans and procedures for manufacturing systems, structures, and components of basic nuclear installations, and related technical controls.

Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Nuclear, Mechanical, or Aerospace engineering.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in design and/or analysis of mechanical components and/or requirement management and verification.
  • English language proficiency (B2 minimum).
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office package.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional and/or academic experience in nuclear fusion projects (preferably ITER).
  • Experience in writing technical/scientific documentation and reports.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
