Electronics Inspection Job Summary

Jabil is seeking an experienced Electronics Inspector to join their team in Kentucky. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronic circuit board assemblies and be skilled in Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) verification and testing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand and analyze fault data output from AOI and take corrective action using Jabil software packages.
  • Utilize assembly documentation, including Bills of Material (BOMs), visual aids, and testing procedures.
  • Take annual AOI re-certification and pass subsequent tests.
  • Evaluate borderline faults and escalate to technicians as necessary.
  • Operate Down Time Tracking and T.E.D. time ticket software.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1+ years experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Basic PC skills, including Microsoft Outlook, and training in Jabil software packages.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with ability to read and interpret technical procedures and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
Work Environment:

Exposure to moderate noise and dusty environments. Primary workstation located on the manufacturing floor.
