Job Title: Junior Sales

ANDRITZ, a leading global supplier of plants, equipment, and services, is seeking a Junior Sales professional to join its team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to support our sales efforts in the hydropower and pulp and paper industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with customers, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Provide technical and commercial support to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
  • Age between 20 and 40 years
  • Degree in mechanical and/or electrical engineering
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project, AutoCAD)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Interest in technical topics
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Spanish/Portuguese language
