About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Land Experience Design Specialist to join our Guest Experience department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing new and strategic land experiences that meet the highest standards of quality and authenticity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement new land experiences that align with our brand positioning and USPs
  • Develop and maintain commercial relationships with tour operators and partners
  • Identify and develop land experiences narratives and concepts
  • Negotiate and source new strategic products
  • Manage the fine-tuning of existing products based on guest and tour operator feedback
  • Analyze cost and revenue trends to inform business decisions

Requirements

  • Academic background in Hospitality and Tourism Management, Languages and Cultures for Business and Tourism, or Economics
  • Experience in the tourism field, travel agencies, and tour operators
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to promote open and transparent communication
  • Willingness to travel to monitor shorex guest experience and delivery
  • Good knowledge of MS Office package
  • Fluency in English and a second foreign language
