About the Role:

This position is a great opportunity for a Senior Learning professional to join our global Talent & ULU team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the learning needs of all businesses and functions in the EMEA region, with a focus on the Europe South sub-region.

You will collaborate with internal customers to gain knowledge of learning needs and facilitate specific learning and development programs. Your primary objective will be to ensure the delivery of learning in this region is highly impactful and cost-effective, and to develop targeted resources for future learning initiatives.

Some of your key responsibilities will include leading TULU projects on a sub-regional level, collaborating in regional and global TULU projects, and liaising with leaders in the Europe South sub-region, including functional leaders. You will also be responsible for maintaining learning processes, demonstrating accountability to align and execute strategic priorities, and sharing best practices with other team members.

As a Senior Learning professional, you will be expected to bring innovative thinking to the development of training programs that support the business and drive business outcomes. You will also be responsible for analyzing post-training reports, developing actions based on the analysis, and providing constructive suggestions to ensure the effectiveness of the Learning Management System (LMS).

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of professional-level experience in training and learning practices, with a strong ability to assess organizational needs. You should have excellent facilitation skills, strong virtual delivery capabilities, and experience in learning resource management. You should also have a demonstrated ability to administer programs, manage medium-sized projects, and demonstrate project management and data-driven skills.

Additionally, you should have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and be proficient in both spoken and written English and Italian. Experience in internal marketing and promotion of learning events, as well as knowledge of sales methodology, would be an advantage.
