At Right at Home, we're committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Nurse Care Specialist, you'll play a vital role in delivering personalized care that meets the unique needs of each individual.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide holistic care to clients in their homes, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social well-being
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans that address the client's specific needs and goals
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for enhanced care
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure the highest level of care

Requirements:

  • AHPRA - Nurse Registration
  • Ability to provide RN services
  • Passion for delivering respectful, empowering care to individuals in a community setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • High level of time management and organizational ability
  • 3+ years of community nursing experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Satisfactory Australian National Police check
  • Current or willing to obtain a First Aid and CPR certificate
