Category Director

We are seeking a dedicated and analytical Category Director to join our Dab Pumps Group Procurement team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the purchasing strategy for our relevant categories, ensuring alignment with the company

Key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and sharing the purchasing strategy with the Head of Group Procurement
• Contribute to achieving performance KPIs defined by the Head of Group Procurement
• Cluster the supplier base and manage relationships based on strategic weight
• Set development goals for strategic suppliers and ensure progress
• Manage the RFI/RFQ process, select suppliers, and negotiate prices/costs for new projects
• Scout for new suppliers, prepare negotiation strategies, and execute negotiation processes
• Finalize contractual negotiations with suppliers for relevant Framework Agreements
• Share performance objectives with stakeholders
• Collaborate with Operations functions in critical supply issues
• Process the Group Budget for assigned purchase categories
• Prepare annual investment budgets in collaboration with the Head of Group Procurement and Head of Process Engineering
