Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Envista. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production facilities and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to execute maintenance tasks and provide technical assistance to external companies during critical interventions.
- Support operational staff with production-related issues, reporting potential impacts on production processes to the department head.
- Assist in the setup of machinery and assemble mechanical and electrical parts for homemade automation.
- Design, draft, and create mechanical components using machine tools.
- Implement pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems according to production needs and current European regulations.
- Support the creation of machine spare parts based on technical drawings and samples.
- Support the installation of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Manage spare parts and materials necessary for maintenance.
- Provide information for updating maintenance records.
- Support facility activities, including environmental surveys and waste management.
- Support PLC programming for homemade automation and installation of Smart Sensors.
