Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Envista. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to execute maintenance tasks and provide technical assistance to external companies during critical interventions.
  2. Support operational staff with production-related issues, reporting potential impacts on production processes to the department head.
  3. Assist in the setup of machinery and assemble mechanical and electrical parts for homemade automation.
  4. Design, draft, and create mechanical components using machine tools.
  5. Implement pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems according to production needs and current European regulations.
  6. Support the creation of machine spare parts based on technical drawings and samples.
  7. Support the installation of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
  8. Manage spare parts and materials necessary for maintenance.
  9. Provide information for updating maintenance records.
  10. Support facility activities, including environmental surveys and waste management.
  11. Support PLC programming for homemade automation and installation of Smart Sensors.
