Teva Pharmaceuticals is seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our Maintenance and Engineering Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining user requirements, translating them into project documents, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Main Responsibilities- Define user requirements and translate them into project documents, including P&ID, layout, data sheets, and mechanical and electro-instrumental work requisitions.
- Align offers from a technical perspective and arrange them financially to enable the Purchasing department to proceed with commercial negotiations.
- Define and control project GANTT, ensuring deadlines are met in line with quality requirements.
- Guarantee full compliance with safety and quality standards in collaboration with the HSE and QA departments.
- Maintain continuous communication flow and proper update towards all site functions involved in the projects by organizing regular alignment and meetings.
- Deal with suppliers to coordinate both design and field activities.
- Coordinate start-up and qualification activities of new systems and equipment.
- Apply Quality Management System knowledge (GMP, GDP, Data Integrity) in all activities performed.
- Apply knowledge of Environment, Health and Safety principles and applicable main EHS local regulations.
- Comply with TEVA Ethic Code and Values.
- Engineering Degree – preferably Chemical.
- Fluent English and Italian.
- Objectives-focused with excellent planning and organizational ability.
- Good communication skills with attitude to work cross-functionally in a complex and variable environment.
- Day-by-day high focus together with mid-long term view.
- Ability to be customer-focused, self-driven.
- Good attitude to planning and prioritization in alignment with business and customer needs.
- IT systems familiarity.
- 1-2 years' experience as PE preferably within relevant industrial production environment.
- Project Management involvement in the production and utilities systems.
- Preferred project delivery experience with budget management including capital projects.
