Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Bulk Scheduler to join our team at ManpowerGroup. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities related to fleet and road safety management, drivers', and subcontractor management coordinating transport scheduling for outbound deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the movement of trailers for Bulk and Pack (delivered and pick-ups) in cooperation with planning, logistics, and production teams.
  • Monitor, track, analyze, and institute corrective actions to support Hub KPIs (example OTIF, Customer Satisfaction, Supplier Contract adherence performance, POD, complaints).
  • Contribute to the efficiency of Logistics Transport operations related to Contract, Fleet, and Drivers management.
  • Support the development and maintenance of logistics tools necessary to manage daily operations.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects and contribute to Integrated Business Value initiatives and Cost Saving activities.
  • Monitor and control Extra cost associated with managed deliveries.

Requirements

  • Good English and Italian understanding, speaking, and writing skills.
  • Excellent MS Office Skills.
  • Organizational abilities.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Minimum level of Education: Degree in Economic or engineering.
