Cybersecurity Expert

About the Role:

Fruitservice Srl is seeking a highly skilled IT Security Specialist to join our team in Bolzano, Italy, and Oberding, Germany. As a key member of our IT security team, you will be responsible for monitoring IT security alerts and incidents, utilizing security information and incident management tools, and participating in IT vulnerability assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring of IT security alerts and incidents
• Use of security information and incident management tools
• Participating in IT vulnerability assessments and supporting the remediation of identified IT security vulnerabilities
• Performing regular scans of systems and networks for security vulnerabilities
• Member of the IT security team in the processing of IT security incidents
• Supporting the documentation and reporting of IT security incidents
• Developing and conducting IT security training for staff
• Supporting the implementation and maintenance of IT security policies in accordance with ISO 27001 and NIS2
• Support in ensuring compliance with security policies throughout the organization
• Supporting the implementation of corrective actions based on IT security audit results
• Maintenance and configuration of security tools

Requirements:

• Very good knowledge of IT infrastructure
• Good knowledge of IT security
• Good knowledge in analysing and solving security incidents
• Good knowledge in defining and implementing IT security measures and in setting up security processes and security standards (ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, CIS, etc.)
• Quick comprehension, strong conceptual and analytical skills, and a good sense for situational solutions
• Ability to work in a team
• Good knowledge of English
• Knowledge of German and Italian advantageous
