Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at our Italian Technical Center in Orsenigo, CO. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our managerial month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion. You will also be responsible for conducting variance analysis of Actuals vs Budgets, providing analysis to Management for timely corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct variance analysis of Actuals vs Budgets, ensuring consistency of accounting data vs budgeted activities, and providing such analysis to Management for timely corrective actions.
- Support the managerial month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Cost Control monitoring of Contracts and Job Orders.
- Develop and implement optimized and efficient methods/tools for segment controlling and driving process improvements.
- Support, monitor, and prepare documentation for the Company's Investment Approval process.
- Academic Degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting or related field.
- Previous experience in the field of financial analysis or controlling.
- Experience with SAP and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
