About the Role

Axiom Technologies is a leading IT services provider, delivering cutting-edge solutions to medium to large-scale enterprises. Our team is seeking a skilled and proactive individual to fill the position of On-Site VIP Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for VIP individuals' Wi-Fi connectivity issues, ensuring seamless internet access.
  2. Assist with resolving problems related to meeting room appliances, including projectors, screens, and conference call systems.
  3. Offer guidance and support for accessing the local network, ensuring secure and efficient connectivity.
  4. Aid VIP users in navigating and utilizing Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office 365 applications effectively.
Requirements
  1. Proficient understanding of networking concepts and experience troubleshooting Wi-Fi connectivity issues.
  2. Strong technical skills in resolving meeting room appliance issues and familiarity with audiovisual equipment.
  3. Audio video and meeting room configuration and support experience.
  4. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve access issues related to local networks and permissions.
  5. Proficiency in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office 365 applications.
  6. Proficiency in Windows/Apple PCs and in Android/iOS devices.
  7. Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide top-notch customer service, especially when dealing with VIP clientele.
  8. Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical issues.
  9. Languages: fluent in Italian and English.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
  2. Prior experience in a similar on-site support role is highly advantageous.
  3. Relevant certifications in networking or IT support would be a plus.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Additional Information

This is a full-time position that requires on-site presence at the customer's location in Milan (Italy). The candidate must be available during VIP working hours and ready to provide immediate assistance when required.
