Job Overview:

This role focuses on ensuring delivered products comply with quality standards and are manufactured according to obtention standards. Key responsibilities include delivering compliant products, applying sound MMW practices, and anticipating customer risks and product compliance risks. Additionally, the specialist will contribute to the definition of the Quality Obtention section of the Progress Plan and help operators gain quality job competencies through mentoring and training.

  • Deliver products that meet quality planning models and obtention standards.">
  • Apply sound MMW practices to ensure quality and productivity performances meet defined goals.">
  • Anticipate customer risks, product compliance, and quality performance risks, and implement actions to reduce them.">
  • Process complaints, nonconformities, and performance shifts appropriately.">
  • Contribute to the definition of the Quality Obtention section of the Progress Plan.">
  • Help operators gain quality job competencies through mentoring and training.">

To be successful in this role, you will need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. You should have a deep understanding of quality control processes and be able to apply your knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
