HR Assistant Job Description

GRS Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and organized HR Assistant to join their team in Nicosia. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth flow of daily operations and procedures.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Process and allocate incoming emails to the appropriate department.
  • Handle incoming freelancer CVs from social media campaigns and assign them to the appropriate Account Manager.
  • Assist with recruiting procedures for the Headquarters.
  • Maintain constant communication with employees across all departments.
  • Provide support to new employees during their training period.
  • Assist employees with work-related matters.
  • Organize company-related proceedings for events, training sessions, conferences, and seminars.
Candidate Profile:
  • University degree in Human Resources, Management, or a relevant field.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage tasks and time effectively.
  • Advanced knowledge of the English language (verbal and written).
  • High level of computer literacy skills, including Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
