Experienced Cell Therapy Manufacturing Technician

With a robust operational presence in Europe and the US, we are dedicated to advancing groundbreaking compounds into clinical trials and expanding our capabilities in delivering cutting-edge therapies, including iPSC-based treatments and off-the-shelf cell therapy projects.
We are currently in search of a Senior GMP Manufacturing Operator with a strong background in aseptic manufacturing to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducts Advanced Therapy Medicinal Product (ATMP) manufacturing in accordance with GMP and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Performs manufacturing tasks within clean room environments, adhering to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
- Prepares necessary equipment and raw materials for production processes.
- Executes aseptic process simulations to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Maintains accurate documentation and oversees equipment upkeep.
- Reports any operational issues to management promptly.
- Ensures adherence to safety protocols and policies.
- Participates in training sessions and contributes to the development of SOPs.
- Engages in quality investigations and supports clean room qualification efforts.
- Collaborates effectively with the process development team.
Required Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of GMP regulations.
- Proficient in drafting SOPs and batch records.
- Experience in Risk Analysis methodologies.
- Ability to operate in aseptic manufacturing settings.
- Strong collaborative skills and adept problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in scientific English.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
Educational Background
- Master's Degree in Biomedical Laboratory Techniques, Biotechnology, or Biology.
Professional Experience
- A minimum of one year of experience as a Pharma/Biotech aseptic Manufacturing Operator.
- Experience working in clean room conditions.
- Prior experience in cell culture is essential.
- Familiarity with iPSC technology is a plus.
- Exposure to technology transfer processes from Development to GMP is advantageous.
