Job Description:

The Plastics Academy is seeking an experienced Sustainability Expert to join our team. As an LCA Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying opportunities to reduce a product's environmental footprint and promote eco-friendly practices within the organization.

Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing Life Cycle Assessment models, analyzing environmental impacts, creating comprehensive reports, and collaborating with internal stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. You should be proficient in Simapro software and familiar with international Life Cycle Assessment standards.

A bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field is required, along with relevant work experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop LCA models for products, services, or organizations in accordance with international standards using Simapro software.
  • Analyze and assess the environmental impacts of various processes and materials throughout a product's lifecycle.
  • Create detailed reports outlining findings and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable practices and strategies.
