Join Our Team as a Principal in Energy and Natural Resources

At Oliver Wyman, we're seeking a seasoned professional to join our Energy and Natural Resources practice as a Principal. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with clients to address strategic and operational challenges in the energy sector.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in energy and natural resources. Your expertise will help us deliver results-oriented approaches to our clients, leveraging our deep industry knowledge and specialized expertise in strategy, operations, risk management, and organization transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex client projects and aspects of the client relationship and commercial process
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and expansion
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to team members
  • Collaborate with partners to deliver high-quality solutions to clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in energy and natural resources
  • Strong relationships and experiences in the reference sectors (Utilities, O&G,...)
  • Natural problem-solving mindset and proven track record
  • Excellent knowledge within the sector and strong background in strategic problem solving
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an international team environment
  • Fluency in English and Italian
