Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Membership Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team. As a Membership Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for maximizing sales opportunities through a structured, proactive, and stylish approach to develop business and achieve club objectives.
Main Responsibilities- Affront all sales opportunities to maximize revenue and exceed sales targets.
- Develop quality relationships with new and existing members, understanding their needs and preferences to help them discover the best ways to use the club.
- Follow all company guidelines, sales techniques, sales processes, and group standards, knowing the services and products offered in detail.
- Monitor local competitors, identifying their pricing structures and sales points.
- Monitor local businesses and initiatives to take advantage of new business opportunities and work positively to attract new members.
- Assist the Sales Manager in participating in events to promote the Aspria service.
- Assist the Sales Manager in compiling and monitoring local incentives and other marketing initiatives.
- Participate in any training courses or meetings as required.
- Ensure that all administrative documentation, contract transactions, and financial transactions are completed accurately and correctly.
- Consolidated experience in the role (at least 5 years), preferably in the wellness or luxury sector.
- Italian mother tongue and fluent English (any other language is welcome).
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Extremely organized, with a high level of energy and a strong team spirit.
- Strong determination to achieve results and assigned objectives.
- Full-time contract.
