About the Role

The MT Strategy Executive Director is a key member of the Motion Technologies leadership team, responsible for defining and driving MT growth initiatives. This individual will work closely with the value center, corporate functions, and MT's leadership team to develop and execute business strategy, identify organic growth opportunities, and advance strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the business strategy, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Partner with MT leaders to execute strategic initiatives and drive business results
  • Monitor peer and competitor activities, benchmarking ITT performance and identifying areas for improvement
  • Support the development and execution of selective M&A opportunities for MT
  • Act as a mentor and develop junior team members in the global strategy team

Requirements

Qualifications

  • MBA required
  • A minimum of 10 years' related experience with direct expertise in Strategy, Marketing, or Business Development preferred
  • Hands-on experience in implementing strategic initiatives from inception to execution
  • Industry background is open, with a preference for candidates with prior Automotive, Rail, Defense, and Industrial exposure
  • Experience in a fast-paced, lean, global corporate environment
