SPEA S.p.A, a leading company in the design and implementation of test systems for microchips and electronic boards, is seeking an HR Process Engineer. This role involves supporting HR management in identifying, defining and standardizing processes for organizational changes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing business data and processes to identify areas for improvement and develop optimization strategies.
- Collaborating with various departments, such as Finance and Management Control, to design and implement process standardization.
- Developing and maintaining standard procedures for work processes aimed at organizational change.
- Supporting the identification and monitoring of process KPIs.
Requirements:
- Degree in management engineering.
- Analytical, organizational and communication skills.
- Flexibility, relational and mediation skills.
- Project management skills and strong result orientation.
