**Job Title:** Rome UI/UX Designer - Crafting Engaging Experiences

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team at One-O-One Games. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our games.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Plan, design, and implement user studies to understand player behavior and preferences.
  • Conduct user research to identify areas for improvement and inform design decisions.
  • Create high-fidelity designs that are visually appealing and easy to use.
  • Partner with product, engineering, and research teams to ensure design deliverables align with high-level strategy.
  • Facilitate product design from concepts and storyboards to mockups and prototypes.
  • Ensure designs are implemented correctly by working closely with developers.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the UI/UX Design role.
  • Gaming workflow or other highly complex product design experience.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of UX best practices, design thinking, and user-centered design.
  • Strong portfolio showing process and results.
