Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Store Manager to join our esteemed team at B.V. ITALIA S.R.L.
Role Purpose
The Store Manager is responsible for steering the store's operations, enhancing business performance, leading and inspiring the team, and crafting an exceptional customer experience to achieve sales objectives and maximize efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
TEAM LEADERSHIP
Serves as a mentor and motivator, fostering teamwork and retaining talent within the store Inspires and engages the team to work towards shared objectives Supports team members in surpassing targets through coaching, guidance, and delegationSALES MANAGEMENT
Ensures the attainment of both Team and Individual Sales and client engagement goals Optimizes the store's business potential and sales by category in alignment with corporate strategy Encourages the team to be proactive in cross-selling and employing effective sales techniques to seize opportunitiesCUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT
Embodies the Bottega Veneta brand, establishing connections and nurturing a robust client portfolio Assists the team in delivering an engaging and memorable customer experience while adhering to company standards Cultivates lasting relationships with both new and existing clienteleSTORE MANAGEMENT
Upholds the brand's integrity and reputation by adhering to legal regulations Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, keeping team members informedCandidate Profile
Demonstrated experience of 5 to 7 years in a comparable role within the Fashion & Luxury sector Proven track record of driving results and managing teams effectively Strong organizational and management skills, with a focus on achieving results Ability to inspire and empower individuals to perform at their best In-depth knowledge of fashion, art, and luxury, with a strong alignment to the brand's image Skilled in managing, coaching, and developing team members Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset Proficiency in English is essentialWhy Join Us?
