We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Sterility Assurance Advisory Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of our pharma services.
About the RoleThe Sterility Assurance and Advisory Specialist will be responsible for controlling and complying with procedures, while developing a consulting approach with customers, focused on Sterility Assurance and Quality Control in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement consulting models and methodologies to assist customers in designing and improving their quality control processes.
- Provide training and guidance to customers on FDA, EMA, GMP, and ISO standards and regulations.
- Perform project management activities, including identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Department to generate new business and ensure the highest quality of our pharma services.
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and/or Sterility Assurance.
- Experience in microbiology and environmental monitoring.
- Deep knowledge of GMP good manufacturing standards, GDP good distribution practice, and FDA and EMA guidelines.
- Bachelor's Degree in a scientific field such as Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Microbiology, or Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Techniques.
- Excellent knowledge of English and MS Office.
