Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Bar Supervisor to join our team at Marriott Porto Cervo. As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service and quality in our bar operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • To oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, including supervising staff and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • To ensure that all health, safety, and security policies and procedures are adhered to, and that all equipment is properly maintained.
  • To assist with the recruitment, training, and development of bar staff, as well as conducting performance evaluations and addressing any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or restaurant environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Knowledge of Italian and English languages is essential, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of €2,100 - €2,200 per month, plus additional benefits including accommodation, meals, and discounts on products and services.
