Job Overview

We are seeking a Luxury Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team in Milan, Sant' Andrea Flagship store.

Your Mission

As a Luxury Sales Advisor, you will be entrusted with advising clients on collections and sharing your passion for the brand to build strong relationships with them and create joyful, personalized, and memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Finalize sales targets in line with Company strategy
  • Manage time efficiently to accomplish tasks assigned
  • Represent the Bottega Veneta brand image
  • Create an engaging client experience offering best-in-class service
  • Collect and update client information for efficient CRM use
  • Embrace clienteling culture to build long-term relationships with clients
  • Understand luxury, collections, and fashion trends
  • Work on silhouettes and bring alternative items to discover more about the collection
  • Advise clients on styling pieces with creative vision
  • Keep stock tidy and monitor stock deliveries and availabilities
  • Apply company policies, procedures, and guidelines

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience of 1-2 years in Fashion & Luxury contexts
  • Excellent client service attitude and flexibility to adapt to several types of clients
  • Excellent communication and empathetic skills
  • Good team player
  • Multitasking and flexibility
  • Capacity to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
