**Internship Opportunity in Manufacturing Engineering**
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Manufacturing Engineering team at Rexroth. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to support the development of various activities related to existing projects or possible new applications, including verifying feasibility, following development, and monitoring resulting savings for both internal departments and external labor suppliers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Analyze and manage improvements in current assembly and testing standards in terms of cycle time, waste reduction, equipment efficiency, and machinery performance.
- Draft production documents, such as operating instructions, checklists, and machine programs, related to assembly and testing.
- Implement production control systems, including quality systems like vision systems and pick-to-light.
- Support and analyze improvements requests on product design for departmental performance KPIs, focusing on efficiencies and quality.
**Possible Projects:**
- Implementation of material transport systems using AGVs.
- Study and application of collaborative robots for assembly and testing.
- Implementation of additive printing systems for in-house production of equipment and tools.
- Increase in quality gates through vision systems during assembly stages.
- Augmentation in production of automated machining islands.
**Requirements:**
- Graduating student in engineering.
- Familiarity with main IT tools, including MS Office.
- Organizational autonomy, initiative, and propensity to assume responsibility.
