Job Title: Stockroom Associate - Inventory Management

About the Role:

The Stockroom Associate - Inventory Management is a crucial position within our team, responsible for managing the flow of merchandise in store. This role involves supporting Sales Assistants in restocking products on the sales floor to maximize sales and setting up product storage in the most functional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Properly ship and receive products and supplies
  
• Track shipments and coordinate internal stock transfers and resolve any delays
  
• Control the quantity and quality of incoming goods
  
• Process and distribute invoices on time
  
• Distribute products within the sales floor and manage returns to ensure that the full range of sizes is in place
  

Requirements:

• 
  
• Previous experience in the role in retail settings
  
• Dynamism, pro-activity and strong operational and organizational skills
  
• Excellent aptitude for the use of IT tools
  
• Fluent in Italian and a good level of English
  
• Good communication skills to effectively interact with customers and staff
  
• Registered under the list of CATEGORIE PROTETTE as per L. 68/99
