Product Industrialization Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Industrialization Manager to join our team in Florence. As a key member of our Mechanical Industrialization Department, you will be responsible for leading the team and defining its objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Mechanical Industrialization Department and evaluate the performance of the team.
  • Manage and develop internal resources by promoting professional and personal skills.
  • Manage new product introduction in Production, supporting design for manufacturing rules and developing necessary production processes.
  • Guarantee continuous improvement of serial production processes, improve quality, and reduce serial production costs.
  • Ensure correct application of safety regulations and company quality procedures in collaboration with the safety department.
  • Define site industrial CAPEX investments in accordance with industrial strategies.
  • Maintain industrial tools.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of experience in a mechanical factory as Manufacturing Engineer.
  • Nice-to-have: previous experience as Responsible for a team.
  • Consolidated knowledge and experience on machining technologies and superficial/heat treatments.
  • Professional knowledge of English.
  • Experience in ergonomic principles, process engineering, design of assembly of testing lines.
  • Ability to lead the industrialization team, solve problems, and apply decisional process.
  • Active listening and teamwork skills.
