Drive Results
  • You will be responsible for maintaining a high-performing team, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • You will focus on planning and executing retail operations, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies and promotions.
  • You will gather insights and data to inform decision-making, working closely with the Corporate Shop Operations Director to drive business growth.
  • You will collaborate with the Sales Director and Costa Shop Manager to oversee high-volume shop operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences and upholding company standards.
  • You will maintain exceptional marketing and visual merchandising standards, ensuring our shops are always looking their best.
  • You will supervise the organization of all shops outlets, suggesting improvements to align with company guidelines and product branding.
  • You will optimize opening hours, ensuring compliance with international customs regulations and onboard activities.
  • You will lead and develop a team of retail attendants, specialists, and supervisors, recommending training and updates on brands, sales, and service.
What Makes You Unique
  • You possess excellent communication skills, a curious and organized approach, and experience in people management.
  • You have a strong track record of success in retail, with at least 5 years of experience as a Shop Manager or Area Manager in fast-paced environments.
  • You have a B2 spoken level of English, with knowledge of other languages a plus.
