We are in search of a Program Financial Controller.
The primary location for this role is in the Cascina Costa di Samarate (Varese).
The Program Financial Controller is tasked with ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the Economic and Financial Performance related to their designated Line of Business, while actively supporting the Decision-making Process.
Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing the economic-financial progress of orders, ensuring that costs incurred during project execution align with planned budgets; Assisting in the creation of reports detailing project progress, including tailored analyses that highlight any discrepancies in costs and timelines; Aiding in the review processes of economic estimates to ensure timely and consistent evaluations across program components, thereby maintaining alignment between commitments and financial implications; Contributing to the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, ensuring clarity in economic and financial outcomes and maintaining high reporting standards; Supporting the Project Manager and Integrated Product Teams (IPT) in generating precise forecasts regarding program performance, continuously aiding the team in evaluating the impacts of operational decisions and identifying corrective actions; Participating in the establishment of a monitoring and tracking system for recovery initiatives.Required Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Management Engineering; Proficiency in English, both spoken and written;Desired Skills:
Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams; Strong communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving; Capacity for synthesis and clarity in communication (both written and verbal); Enthusiasm for sharing insights and perspectives.Preferred Experience:
Previous experience in industrial and international environments is advantageous.
