Your Mission

Welcome to your new opportunity with Sungrow - EMEA. As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our solar inverter solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support during field visits and dispatches.
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues with our solar inverters.
  • Performing routine maintenance and repairs on our equipment.
  • Collaborating with our project management team to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Tracking and documenting all on-site activities and actions performed.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and procedures.
  • Developing and maintaining up-to-date documentation and work instructions for service contracts and agreements.
  • Providing regular service reports and feedback to our Europe Service Management team.
  • Achieving high customer satisfaction ratings and responding to customer feedback.
Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Italian and English languages (B2 level or higher).
  • Experience working with electrical equipment and solar inverters.
  • Ability to work on call duty and travel as required.
  • Driving license and willingness to travel.
  • Health and Safety training and certification.
