We are seeking a skilled Credit and Risk Management Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our credit management activities in Italy. This includes:

  • Analysis of corporate clients' solvency and definition of payment conditions within the framework of Group policies
  • Customer credit management (new and existing)
  • Analysis and evaluation of the release of orders of customers in portfolio on the basis of the current Credit Policy
  • Monitoring of outstanding amounts
  • Implementation of reminder policy
  • Litigation management and monitoring of legal proceedings
  • Support to sales staff
  • Management of repayment/settlement plans
  • Managing relations with the credit insurance company

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Economic/Legal disciplines education
  • At least two years of experience in credit recovery and litigation management
  • Knowledge of software or programmes, preferably SAP
  • Fluent Italian, English and Spanish language skills
  • Goal orientation, ability to work in a team, flexibility and adaptability
