About the Position

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Hospitality Professional to join our team at a&o; Hostels Venice Mestre. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience at our hostel. Your main focus will be managing our lobby bar, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the lobby bar during evening shifts, preparing drinks and snacks for our guests
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
* Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

* Previous experience in a similar role or in the hospitality industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Availability to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays
* Fluency in Italian and English languages
