Job Description

Position Overview

Datalogic is seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Controller to join our Planning & Control team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing the company's overall performance and developing business partnerships with assigned functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the activity of reporting for the Board of Directors and company management, ensuring the analysis of variances against budget and forecasts.
  • Monitor expenditures, P&L, KPIs, and investments, providing insightful analysis and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and cost optimization.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting on financial results, reconciliations, and other key metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of proven controlling/FP&A expertise in complex multinational environments.
  • Fluent English language skills, written and verbal.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and precision.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude, identifying opportunities and anticipating changes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of SAP and Power-BI.
  • Strong IT competencies.
