Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of a strategy for inclusive business, focusing on protecting vulnerable customer segments.
  • Contribute to the definition and implementation of initiatives to promote financial inclusion and social responsibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch new products and services that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in a corporate or consulting environment, preferably in a role related to marketing, product development, or sustainability.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, product development, and sustainability practices.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
